Return & Refund Policy

At Gribbly, every product is made just for you — which means change-of-mind returns and sizing swaps aren't possible without additional fees.
If there's a genuine issue with your order, we’ll make it right.


Start a Return
To request a return, email sales@gribbly.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
Important: Do not send your item back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the case of:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Major issues impacting product usability

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing due to customer error

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Customised or made-to-order products (most of our catalog)

Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
We recommend placing a new order once your return (if eligible) is approved and processed. This helps avoid delays and stock issues.


Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This policy does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
