At Gribbly, we use artificial intelligence to help deliver smarter, faster, and more effective outcomes for our clients. But we don’t believe in black-box wizardry — just transparent, ethical, and responsible use of tech that works.

This policy outlines how we use AI across our services, what that means for you as a client or user, and how we stay on the right side of the law (and common sense).


🔍 Where We Use AI at Gribbly

We use AI in a few key areas to level up performance and creativity:

  • AI Automation Services: For database reactivation, custom sales chatbots, and SMS/email flows, we may use platforms like OpenAI, Meta’s LLaMA, or proprietary logic built with tools like Make.com, Zapier, and HighLevel.

  • Creative + Content: For internal ideation, drafts, and speed-to-concept workflows, we use AI tools to accelerate written, visual, and video content creation.

  • Media Performance: We use AI-enhanced tools for A/B testing, funnel analysis, and creative scoring — not to replace human judgment but to back it up with data.

  • Client Strategy Systems: For building smarter CRMs, automations, and customer experiences, AI may be used to streamline or scale workflows.


✅ What AI Does Not Do at Gribbly

  • We don’t use AI to plagiarise, deceive, or impersonate.
    All final deliverables are vetted by a real human (sometimes heavily caffeinated) and built to be brand-safe, compliant, and honest.

  • We don’t sell your data to train third-party AI.
    We use client data responsibly, and in line with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where AI platforms process data, it’s done under secure, purpose-limited terms.

  • We don’t automate away strategic thinking.
    AI is our intern, not our CEO. You’re paying for real insight — AI just helps us scale it.


🧠 Data Use & Client Privacy

Gribbly complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian privacy legislation. That means:

  • You always own your data and creative IP (unless otherwise agreed).

  • We won’t share, resell, or use your business data outside the scope of the services we provide.

  • Any AI processing involving your sensitive or customer data is done with permission, encrypted platforms, and confidentiality protocols in place.

If we integrate third-party AI into your systems (e.g., chatbots or custom GPTs), we’ll disclose:

  • What platform is used

  • What data it accesses

  • Any known limitations or risks


⚖️ Legal & Ethical Compliance

We operate in compliance with:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – ensuring fair, transparent, and accurate claims about what our services can do.

  • AI Ethics Principles (Australia) – including human-centred values, privacy protection, fairness, and accountability.

If a tool or workflow doesn’t meet those standards, we don’t use it.


📣 Your Rights & Our Responsibility

As a Gribbly client or user, you have the right to:

  • Ask how AI is being used in your project.

  • Opt out of AI-generated components in any deliverable.

  • Request data deletion or non-AI use in sensitive areas.

We’ll always:

  • Let you know if AI has been used in a substantial part of your deliverables.

  • Flag if something is experimental or generated.
